Sheltered by a cave, bats are usually one of the only companions for these equines. With little greenery and a massive waterfall at the back of the cave as their supply of water, they must travel fairly far, down the mountain to be exact to find food at certain times of the year. Still, these horses are fairly fit and in good shape.
