War rages between the Gods, though there are still times of peace, they are becoming fewer and fewer. Many horses don’t even remember a time when there was not a threat at their boarders. While some, the oldest of them all, remember a life where there was peace. No one knows that set the Gods off on this wild war, but no one dares to ask them; for fear that they might lose the gifts of magic and power they have gained from their leaders. So, they fight without knowing the cause. Often times they follow Demigods into battle, but that is become more and more uncommon, for the mortals of this world have come to resent these special equines. They are the most powerful of them, standing under the minor Gods in strength, beauty and intelligence, they are feared and many mortals wish to destroy them all. With the fear of the Gods fury always at their backs, they must look to each other to find peace once more. . .

The entrance to this dark lair is at the base of the mountain range. The lands in this place are dark and the rivers run with blood, or so it seems. Hades allies may come and see him if they wish, but don't expect him to always enjoy their company.
